"Owning our stories and loving ourselves through it , is the bravest thing of all"

With my kids settled in different parts of the country, I understand they have a constraint on getting holidays to visit their parents. In the present times, medications and calculative walks have been missed out at times. Services and offerings by Aapkilathi have helped to keep a check on them on a day-to-day basis and also monitor our daily routine. They are on a mission of serving the elderly community and are doing a fantastic job.

I am 66- years- old and live alone in Deoghar with a house help who looks after my meals and regular chores. After losing my wife to cancer about 7 months back, I was getting emotionally and mentally stressed but was determined not to let my guard down. Since the time I have heard about Aapkilathi, I am immensely impressed with their mission and offerings. I am happy to see that Aapkilathi is here to provide a complete range of care for elders like me- right from the comfort of their home.

As children, nobody likes to think what will happen to their parents once they grow old and eventually depend on their kids for support and care. Its high time someone has realised the need and importance for elderly care in the country. Aapkilathi does take care of everything required for them to lead a comfortable life I am delighted to sign up for my parents and will now surely be more at ease knowing that they are now taken care of well and are happy.

I am 74- years- old living in a remote village in Bihar. I lost my wife two years back and thought that my life had come to a standstill. It took immense self-motivation and zeal to do something for the society that has kept me going. A life of dignity, happiness and joy is fundamental. I got to know about Aapkilathi and their mission to work for the elderly. Their offerings will equip us with all the tools to stay empowered and happy and I wish the best to the team for this bold step.

As a couple, we decided to settle in the suburbs of Kolkata away from the hustle bustle of the busy metro to lead a healthy life with our son who is working with a leading cruise company. While we have been facing the challenges of aging, recently we came across Aapkilathi which has come as a boon for us senior citizens.
